Sonic-Branding

Sonic branding refers to all strategic and operational measures that contribute to making a brand audible.

The resulting brand sound becomes an integral part of the brand identity. It has the task of translating the identity, values and philosophy of the brand acoustically and anchoring them in the target group.

The term »sonic branding« (sound branding, audio branding) is often used as a synonym for the element »audio logo« (or sound logo, sonic logo, sonic mnemonic). However, other sound elements such as a »brand theme«, the »soundscape«, the »brand voice« or increasingly also a »brand UX sound« are also part of the holistic definition.
